Use our Search. It is at the top of every Nova-Fast page - just enter an item name, a keyword or an item number from a Nova-Fast catalog and click GO! What is the difference between products for U.S. Postal Service Access and products for private access?
Nova-Fast provides commercial and residential mailboxes for both U.S. Postal Service access and private access. The following will assist you in selecting the appropriate products for your needs.
USPS access
Choose these products when mailbox is to be accessed by the U.S. Postal Service. Complying with postal
specifications, these products are designed to accept a master postal lock which is issued and installed by your local postal authorities.
Private access
Choose these products when mailbox is NOT to be accessed by the U.S. Postal Service. Manufactured with quality materials, these products are ideal for private postal centers, government agencies, corporate mailrooms, colleges and schools, banks, military bases and many other applications.
What is the difference between surface mounted and recessed mounted?
Surface mounted units mount directly to a
wall or other flat surface and are secured with mounting hardware through the back panel.
Recessed mounted units fit into a rough opening and are secured with mounting hardware through the back or side panels. Recessed mounted units include a fully integrated flanged collar which fits over the rough opening.
How do I order online?
Just start shopping! When you find something you like, click the ADD TO CART button next to that item. It
will be saved in your Shopping Cart until you are ready to check out. You will have plenty of time to review and change your order before you submit it.
When you check out, you will have the opportunity to register which will create a www.novafast.com account or you can use our simple 'Guest Checkout' procedure for a one time transaction. Either way, your personal information and transactions are secure.

Does Nova-Fast charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to California addresses only.
Does Nova-Fast ship Internationally?
Yes, we welcome international orders.
What if I do not have an
e-mail address?
An e-mail address is required to place an order on the Nova-Fast website. We require an e-mail address to communicate with you about your order and to ensure a unique on-line identity for you if you choose to register as a member.
If you do not have an e-mail address but you do have web access, there are a number of free on-line e-mail account providers.
